Workshop management software: frequently asked questions

Do I need a cash register or special hardware?

No. eNalog certifies invoices with the Slovenian tax authority (FURS) online. You only need your digital certificate, which you upload in the settings.

Can I import customers and prices from my old program?

Yes. Import your price list from Excel, Minimax or OPPIS and your customers from Excel.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union. Your company's data is kept separate from other companies and is only accessible to your users.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You choose a plan and continue with the same data. If you don't, you can still view your data but not save new entries.

How do staff record time and attendance?

On a tablet in the workshop (kiosk), on their phone or with an NFC card or a QR code on the wall. They start and stop the clock on a job with one tap.
