Enquiry data

When you send us a brief or an email, we use your name, company, email, phone and project description only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.

The brief is sent from our server to our own email address. Before sending, Google reCAPTCHA checks it and processes your IP address and device data to protect against spam.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to communicate with you or carry out the agreed work, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
